Opinion or data? About to embark on a fixed point adventure on Cortex M4F. It has floating point. Still not sure if good idea..

either is good - I guess I should run some benchmarks actually :) not too hard to make it compile time switchable

All of them :) specifically ARM1176JZF-S (Raspberry Pi), Cortex-A9 MPCore (OUYA) and Android whatever...
