I keep wondering what Cortex-A chip I want to choose for MnemOS' next platform.
I'm currently considering:
* Atmel's SAMA5D family
* NXP's i.mx7 family
* NXP's i.mx8 family
* TI's AM335x family
Read on for my thoughts on each, or feel free to suggest others I missed!

Here's one vote for AM335x. TI has good open source support with the beagleboard projects, and really those PRU coprocessors are quite nice for hard real time work.
Speaking of BeagleBone folks, they even have a new RISC-V platform that might be interesting (I'm not married to Arm!)

Looks neat! Any idea when retail units are landing? I see some mentions of the "AM625-EVM", but I'm guessing that's only in hands of early access partners :D
