I dunno! I wasn't actually (initially) planning to write code for the DSP, mostly just using it as-is.
adafruit.com/product/3357 is what I ordered.

That board also has an SD card slot, which I plan to use for bulk storage, and probably a FAT filesystem.
If you're putting in an order, you might also want to snag one of these, this is what I plan to write a wifi driver for (next... ish):
