Hey I'm becoming a bit more conscious of calculus in my daily life. I was about to download some log files and grovel event timestamps but now realise the information would be equivalent to fitting a quadratic curve to the cumulative times and taking its second derivative.

I keep being amazed at how useful a good foundation of basic classical mechanics can be. I've been so lucky this has been force-fed to me.
