I'd like to change a STM32F103 design (20k SRAM, 128k self-prog Flash, USB FS, 3xUART, 1xI2C) to a different chip that has good likelihood to actually be available in the next year for a reasonable price.
What manufacturers are people migrating to these days?

The code protection is a thing we're a bit worried about as well. Might not release on STM32F103 at all. Product is very cloneable...
The nRF only seems to have 2 UARTs. I will need 3 unfortunately... Multiplexing pins is not going to cut it.
Other suggestions welcome!
