Observation: The most time consuming part of hand assembling my Glasgow isn't soldering. It's deciding which chip to do next, finding the Mouser bag that it's in, getting the tape open, figuring out the orientation, etc. I need to learn how to prep for this! Tips?

You stole my reply. I am never going to get into SMD soldering. I have the excuse now that my eyes are bad. Is there still a plan to release these as manufactured boards?
I'm finding SMD soldering relaxing. It's a nice change of pace for me to work with my hands. Haven't actually had to debug anything that I put together yet though so we'll see how long the honeymoon lasts :)
