I don't think syntax details are the win here, not writing or inheriting methods is the win.
In any case, I find this nicer as a composition. `(eat . toast) bread` or `eat . toast $ bread`
I just have tried it. "Hey slice of bread, I order you: TOAST and then EAT!!" I won't deny the convenience of it, but I am still hungry. Not sure why software is expected to act differently.
