#1 Commonplace by . He has the best BS filter I’ve encountered on the internet. His exploration of cognitive flexibility in business was one of my 3 favourite reads of 2021.

#2. ’s Minds of the Market. My favourite recent piece exploded the myth around Warren Buffett that he simply reads all day. He was also incredibly proactive about getting into the real world and building his network.

#3 The Overshoot by is one of the best macroeconomic Substacks I’ve read. This piece on Ukraine was what tipped me into subscribing.
