Would probably be good to check places like https://haveibeenpwned.com/ if you reused a password elsewhere. You can also add 2fa if paypal supports it in your country. It might also be a good idea to try to dispute the charges on paypal if you can.
i already did it, and paypal seems doesn't see it as an unauthorized transaction, so yeah nothing i could do really for now
