i wonder if anyone can actually explain what the f is happenning actually? what's being pulled is not that much but i'm afraid that some hackers actually got my paypal account for good

Would probably be good to check places like https://haveibeenpwned.com/ if you reused a password elsewhere. You can also add 2fa if paypal supports it in your country. It might also be a good idea to try to dispute the charges on paypal if you can.

i already did it, and paypal seems doesn't see it as an unauthorized transaction, so yeah nothing i could do really for now
