just watched pengabdi setan this night, pretty good horror, good chilling-scare and thrill, nice plot/story but not the best tho, but still nice, solid 7 overall, except the zombie horde part best part when the cult actually come to give the "red seed"
some scene is kinda hippy tho, indonesian local will not do a partner dance like that to celebrate a thing, reallllly wish they made it more close to the real for small detail and cultural reference, i can see the director really want the film to have some idk.. high class vibe?
also the script is almost ruining the movie tbh, especially for the kid's dialog, the kid's lines/word choosing are just waaaaaaay too mature, the kid's acting is nice tho, i mean it's a kid acting/being a kid so yeah...
