    This is not really accurate. "Infected" and "confirmed" cases are different. Many "infected" people have not yet developed any symptoms (incubation is said to be 2-14 days). At the mo, experts' estimates of the "infected" are much higher than the "confirmed."

    1. Chinese spokesperson: US was the first to withdraw Consulate staff, the first to suggest partial withdrawal of Embassy staff, the first to announce ban on entry by Chinese citizens. What US has done could create &spread panic. US has not provided any substantive help to China.
