    When I came home yesterday I had my camera on hand with telephoto lens on, & Birtle the scrub jay flew over perching nearby to say hi & hope for some nuts, & I got this trippy shot of him blinking with nictitating membranes to clean eyes, making eyes appear blue for split moment.
