Travel and associated costs. Exclusions like too many lines of chemo. Study should pay for imaging while on trial.

Gosh where do I start! Lack of information lack of pro-active approach, lack of understanding of clinical trials by public, lack of adequate involvement to make trials accessible, cultural barriers for many oh and lack of investment to resolve all these

My 2 cents- Biggest barrier - restrictions - and protocols- each case is individual - and most trials aren’t set up that way

In the Netherlands? Doctors not aware of trials plus refusal to send patients to participating hospitals/doctors.
