Okay, so I switched to @Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS. Mostly because I would frequently get DNS errors ever since moving into this apartment (thus changing ISPs).
But since changing, I frequently get pages loading with out CSS. 1 refresh fixes it.
Is this to be expected?

Are you using ATT? apparently they were doing some odd routing shenanigans with 1.1.1.1. 1.0.0.1 though is working okay.

Hmm weird. I've not seen any issues, been using it for about a day now.

I’ll keep using it for awhile. See if it sticks. Privacy benefits would be interesting enough for me to endure the mild annoyance.
