I get it -- maybe it's all in my head. But it's been happening a lot with a variety of products. I'm far from convinced some app on my phone is picking up and tagging words it hears from the mic when not in use, but it has me wondering.
Continuing from yesterday's paranoia post. Driving home from The Last Jedi today and my wife asks me if we have any Mucinex at home, cause her nose was getting stuffy. Tonight, I see this. I don't particularly recall seeing Mucinex ads before.pic.twitter.com/I8twf3eUZO

To be fair, that one's been popping up a bunch for me and as far as I know, there hasn't been any outstanding reason for it to other than it being a new ad

I also got the Mucinex ad. Maybe my phone is hearing me sneeze and blow my nose.

I mean, if others are seeing it then my skepticism of rogue apps listening to your convos is back to normal. It was just a series too many coincidences.
