C# Dictionary of Dictionary is much easier to get stuff in and out of than C++ std::unordered_map of std::unordered_map.

This needs to be pretty much engine agnostic for clients. I can't assume people will have other things like boost.

Game devs tend to shy from the STL as much as boost in my experience. But I see what you mean. At least everyone has the STL.
