Single header "libraries" are convenient only for programmers who use Visual Studio and manually manage project files.

They are PITA when multiple single header "libraries" embed 3rdparty code, to conform to some random single header "library" standard.
I find them difficult to work with, all crammed into 1 file. 100 1-off utilities at the top, burying the thing you care about.

In a larger ecosystem, those 1offs would be defined elsewhere, and the single header file would only contain what you actually care about.
