My current beef is constexpr. Compiler can basically say "Yes, that is a valid constexpr. No, we'll evaluate it at runtime instead."
Every time I actually use a new #cplusplus feature, it's always kind of disappointing. Never lives up to what you think it will do for you.

To *force* the compiler to evaluate at compile time or throw an error, you have to (surprise surprise!) use template meta-programming.

Although I feel your pain, I've generally been enjoying C++11 features since the toolchains stabilized.
