I don't get the whole "jumping ship" perception with Daybreak. Loved working there. Non-career needs caused me to move out of state.
Tbh, toward the end there was some of the best time I had at SOE/Daybreak. If anything, I'm a bit sad I left some things unfinished.

keep in mind I was the tools programmer for the world editor. So "features" to me often aren't seen by players.
