If a @twitch streamer was sponsored by a brewing company, would they be allowed to drink on stream? Or is that against FCC regulations?

I guess if they list as mature then they are fine? Comedy stand up shows and documentaries have alcohol consumption methink
But those aren't PAID to drink it. FCC doesn't care about drinking on TV. They care about it as advertisement.

ahh gotcha.. Hmm would depend on the endorsement? Ie: no requirement to drink the drink. Got a link to the regulation?
