@Arclegger but if you look at places north of the new campus, you'll find way better prices. I was in a 2br in Carmel Mtn for 1450/mo

@Arclegger and you can get a 1br in Escondido for 900-1100 if you look well enough. Won't be high class living or anything, but it's a roof -
