@Jonathan_Blow to be fair... your blog's header has an impressive height even if it does scale down. Why take half the fold for that image?

@ftwcode His header doesn't stick to the top of the view frame. it scrolls away if you scroll down. Big difference.

@ftwcode @tloch14 The (small) control header only shows up when you have a list, a track is playing, and you've scrolled down.

@ftwcode @tloch14 Contrast with Microsoft's, which (1) takes up a lot of real estate to make sure you keep seeing their logo...

@JamesWidman http://arena.net/  does a good job too. The giant logo scrolls away and a headbar with a much smaller profile appears.
