This will also include placement restrictions based on material type. i.e. you won't be able to place foundations on cement or metal.
We are aware of a bug where players can place a flat object on a barrel to place another barrel on top of it. Fix coming shortly. @H1Z1game

Should be sometime next week. Focusing on anti-cheat and want to patch things out methodically, but it is coming after internal testing.
