Just finished some construction placement changes I think players will be stoked for. Still need internal testing w/ team tho. @H1Z1game

@tloch14 another big issue I find is the complete uselessness of snares barbed wire and punji sticks, walk across them with 0 damage all day
@Adjorr01 Again, not a placement problem, but very valid. Personally think punji sticks should cripple and bleed.

@tloch14 definatly, base defenses and traps should deter looters, right now they just jump over them or hack em down with no risk -
@tloch14 same with landmines, you need to stand on them for a bit before they go off, should be instant, I know not ur area just ranting
