What would people think of a build time, where the player placing the constructed object is locked until the build is complete?

@tloch14 Some type of drawbridge that can be combined with/run above defences and barriers would be a nice addition also.
@feenicks yea... How practical is a drawbridge though? This isn't medieval castle building after all.
