What would people think of a build time, where the player placing the constructed object is locked until the build is complete?

@tloch14 maybe good for when you are there to defend, but doesn't help when you are logged off.
@feenicks there are other things to prevent people from attacking while logged off. Punji sticks and land mines mostly.

@feenicks also don't think you should be building a base unless you can guard it most hours of the day. Team effort, not solo. -
