For instance, I found a note connecting a town citizen to the invading orc army. Can't confront her or the captain bout it though.
There's definitely some weird things about Divinity, though. Just like being able to do some stuff out of order and the interactions break.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to really find this note until after already ousting the citizen through some other means.
