Recently had need to compress textures, and found @GPUOpen Compressonator fit my needs very well and wanted to give it a shoutout for anyone else needing compression.
C-like API. Can ignore framework and GUI to integrate into your own toolchain.
Just to get running, I downloaded the binary and grabbed the one lib I needed and got working very quickly. Only downside is that it spawns threads instead of giving a callback for task management. At least, nothing that I could find.
