The text in that screenshot could really use some kerning.

I think it has kerning. At least some parts. Notice on the 4th entry, the 7 overlaps the 4 next to it. And in the time value, the "2:41" shows the 4 tucked under the 1. Suggests there's some kerning values being used. The heavy weight makes it all hard to read for me.

To my eye, the 7 and 1 just have shorter advance widths (which is actually unwanted here) and no kerning is involved. The AY, AV, and AW clearly show no kerning. If there was a TA in the shot, I'm sure it would be obvious, too.
