I’ve put coffee grounds in my coffee cup before, except I had already put creamer in the cup too. I wept.

Two days ago, I was filling up my dishwasher while simultaneously waiting for my coffee maker to finish. Sure enough, I grabbed the coffee cup with milk and sugar already in it and put it in the dishwasher, and then stared dumbly at the splash damage.

My track record with trying to multitask household chores that are all 100% autopilot because I normally think about other stuff when I'm doing them is full of incidents like this.
