Remember all those people telling me I should stop complaining that my workstation only has 6 cores since we have distributed builds. Yeh, WFH is great when it takes an hour to compile a single target. Sigh...

Several years ago when I first started working remote every day, I realized how bad our compile times really were b/c I couldn't use IB. I spent a day or two modifying the solution, reducing dependencies, etc and could soon rebuild in 4-5 minutes.

Previously it was something like ~30 minutes. Incremental builds became a lot faster as well. Back at the office, nobody noticed the difference. *shrug* Made a world of difference to me though.
