I'm not someone that ever paid too much attention to FOV sliders in games. I started "The Outer Worlds" last night and felt super uncomfortable playing, I was starting to feel sick. Then realized the FOV was set to 75 by default, setting to 100 changed everything. I was shocked.

Games, especially horror games, have brightness test screens. FoV sliders should have the same, but with spheres. Instruct the user to sit comfortably and then adjust until all spheres don't look distorted.
