I’m saddened to have learned of the passing of one of my past colleagues, James Rochelle. I worked with James at my first gig in the industry, @vanguardsoh. He was a part of the original team on Vanguard in the mid-2000s, and came back on toward the end of its cycle.pic.twitter.com/SnRfnz7Zt6

Since moving away from California, James was one of this people I hoped to work with again someday. It’s bitter to know I won’t know that pleasure.

The coffee cups in the above picture were made in Vanguards final years. I’ve lost a few colleagues before their time. I’m happy to at least have this bit of him with me—to know he won’t be truly lost.
