Now that I'm living in C++ again (for now), I miss one of the most addicting things about ReSharper was how it colors comments that start with TODO a bright cyan instead of the normal comment green. GREAT way of finding all the shit you left behind!
There are a handful of VS extensions that let you highlight or recolor comments that start with certain strings like TODO, FIXME, etc. VS also has a task list feature by default that automatically enumerates commented TODOs.
