In Star Control 2 I got confused and thought I was supposed to beat the black UrQuan. I had an OP ship config with shiva cannons and would go into their systems and just lay waste. So much fun but I was let down when I finally realized how the game was expected to end...
If you enjoyed SC2, you'll love SCO. Almost every person I have spoken to who loved SC2 and has tried SCO is saying that. (I haven't played more than a few hours of SC2 myself, but SCO is a ton of fun!)
