Well the great "crutches up and down the stairs" experiment worked fine. I slept in my bed again for the first time in 2.5 weeks. I had done so for only about 3 weeks before the surgery as well. That makes sleeping in my own bed for about 6 weeks out of the past... 20?

Not a bad comparison. Although I will take a hotel bed over the hospital ones or what we've put together in the basement.
