I’m seeing a lot of people crapping on TES:Blades, but I know a lot of people who will play and enjoy it. They’re not core TES audience, and that’s the point. Exposure to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level audiences is important in branding/marketing.
Bethesda is simply too big a publisher now to only cater to their core audience. That means lots of games the core audience have no interest in. And that’s okay. They’re gateways for other people to experience the world of TES.
