    Good news! After 4.5 hours, I got the "updates are ready to download" status and [Download] button. Now at Status Downloading - 0% for over 30 minutes though... 🙄

    Glad I am not the only one, still waiting for 3 hours! Windows 10 Update v1909 will not install, stuck at 94% "getting things ready" Second attempt in one week, on the same laptop and preps for a new user. I wouldn't want them to go through this PITA.
