That said, I still feel mostly optimistic about this situation because the FTC is LITERALLY openly accepting feedback, and even took the time to RESPOND to it. I just don't see what the FTC has to gain actively luring people into a false sense of security

Because the way I see it, if they really wanted to sue content creators over this, they would just make the changes. Yes, the article is vague but the video also describes why it legally HAS to be in some places.

If you read pages 10-14 of their summary you can see some of the specific channels they targeted as having content meant for kids. They listed Hasbro, Cartoon Network and toy channels run by 13 years with channel descriptions that specifically mention they are meant for kids.

Could you link this? I've been looking for something that stunts my conclusion because I'm worried about providing false information via my opinion from limited knowledge.
