Please can I have an Anglophone country to live in that isn't too damned cold, sitting on top of a million volcanoes, or lost to fascism.

Seriously though, I definitely hate cold as much as you (if not more), and Canada is my "break glass in case of Nazi" option.

Toronto is awesome. The climate is too Midwestern for my tastes, but the city is just amazingly great.

It's cold for half the year. I love this city. I even love the cold bits. But you can't call it "warm."
