That's always the big question. Sure my fans would have bought at $5 as well, but there are not too many regular App Store games that shell out $5 for a just released game. I did it for Card Crawl after 3 years where it was a good move, but obviously it was very established.

Sure as soon as i have a plan. Question would be if i need more players or better monetize the fan base with recurring payments.

Thanks and yeah, even after all those years i'm still bad at the business part of making games. I can't complain but in reality a few of my games maybe could have made 10x. But again that's very speculative.

thanks for sharing! Can you already think of a way forward for you? Is it to hope for an Apple Arcade deal next time or switching platforms or developing fundamentally different kind of games?

Think it is fundamentally changing the way i sell my current games that is the easiest first step. Sure AA is a cool opportunity and i will consider it, but i need to rethink my current payment models first.
