We sat in on WI MEB and were told the same thing. "Only Gls" yet their intent was captured years ago

So simple and common-sense and yet such a huge deal to hear a candidate say: “I‘m not going to write a disability plan myself. I’m going to reach out to the community, to the disability communities, and ask, what parts do we need to build equality?” —

What a RACKET! Should be considered fraud. These blood tests & urine “liquid gold” tests? How is this helping addicts or pts? All I know is someone is making money a big pile of money from it.

This is a harrowing example of what could happen in the reassessment process currently being considered by the US Social Security Administration.

We're clearly trending toward "decriminalizing" illicit drug use while *blaming* legal drugs for a phony disease. We're dancing around getting better at explaining this, but there are still people who don't even see how BOTH major parties are "battling" heroin-addiction stigma.

Example: a study I recently read showed a 28% aberration on UDTs. But, patients selected were "suspected of SUD" So, what does the study actually tell us? 72% did not have ? and/or Participants selected heavily influenced the outcome?🤔

And this is why many patients distrust physicians. All to often I’ve heard comments such as the post below. I acknowledge you job is tough but if this is how you feel please find another profession

I believe he Judges share in the profits. They NEVER say a Judge is bought but people buy them all the time. In fact the NYTs article is a good one about the lawsuits & HOW they originate.

Exactly. Why should it matter which pharmacy we use if all pharmacies can check the PDMP?

I have no options for help left but the streets. That is what tens of millions now face. I sit here right now in tears, with my BP again at stroke levels as I write this; all while those in positions of power continue to look the other away. What value is my life anyway?

Since everyone loved this on my old account... Drug Addict: Goes to MD, tells them they're a drug addict, gets opioid patient: Goes to MD, tells them they're in pain, gets accused of being an addict, gets psych meds or mental health referral at most

Yes let's ban legitimate safe opioid pain meds when we have a deadly black market of fake pain pills filled with elephant tranquilizers on our streets. Let's leave ppl in pain with no choice 4 pain relief but the streets. This will save lives 🙄
