Sorry, Tim, a simplistic and sweeping platitude such as “Every single sensational case that the Chron and the TV stations has used to portray Boudin as soft on crime was actually not Boudin’s fault”. This is wagon-circling at best, and politically siloed thinking to be blunt.

Deliberate choices; declining to prosecute paroled felons arrested on sustainable charges has come back to haunt them. Disregarding stated “mea culpas” in open court, after the facts, let alone the crimes, is to ignore reality - this isn’t about feelings - real or imagined.
