Inside look, the other half just slides on top. ('fuse' holder not soldered on yet)pic.twitter.com/KS9Wn4eAcW

I tackled the custom fuse holders last time, the only weird part remaining was the collar shaft that actually holds the tip in place. The tips got an odd 5.45mm diameter but a 6mm off the shelf collar shaft works great! They are VERY cheap to get too.pic.twitter.com/LC0JNsHD0g

Once again, check out
@JanHenrikH OtterIron PCB. This would be very pointless without this amazing work: https://github.com/Jan--Henrik/Otter-Iron … Regarding the files for the case, I will publish them soon. I just want to work out some more minor details before throwing it out there.Prikaži ovu nit -
Oh right I'm missing the OLED. Will take a while until LCSC can ship again. The idea is to raise it up a bit with some foam tape to allow this thicker case.

Here compared to an Ersa micro soldering iron. Its actually not much thicker on the base shaft. Rather appropriate if you consider the tip length. The round case feels also much nicer than this odd oval shape of the TS100.pic.twitter.com/TzbxLn54QV

Lookin good! Are the buttons attached to the shell or separate?
-
They are seperate, otherwise they would be hard to move :D They can't fall out or anything though. You can make em even tighter if you dial the tolerances in to the process you are making them in. Right now they are a bit more loose so they don't get stuck.
