1) Poll: It seems we're also reducing utxo size overall too.

There have even been blocks bigger than 2 mb, let me link to the first from this thread to remember: https://twitter.com/BitGo/status/954998877920247808 …https://twitter.com/timoncc/status/978382400647499776 …

The blue line clearly represents that "non-existence" with more realism. The weight of your argument is ridiculous.pic.twitter.com/LhSc6XzwC5
-
Your chart shows the average is also above 1 mb now! Even with all those empty blocks. And that's not the limit, more segwit usage allows for even bigger blocks. If actual size is what matters, note bcash blocks are much smaller, also shown in your own chart.
-
I understand your illusion. Increasing blocks by a few kb is a great achievement in Blockstream Core. But understand me. At Bitcoin Cash we are testing blocks of one gigabyte. The idea is unlimited. True to the original paper that defines the Bitcoin project.
-
The limit has increased much more than that. But if we're going to talk about qctual size and not the limit, bcash's blocks are tiny compared to bitcoin's as shown by the chart you posted. Criticicing bitcoon for having small blocks when bcash's are much smaller is absurd.
-
So what matters is the maximum size ever created? Then for bitcoin with segwit, there are 3.7 mb blocks on testnet. Make up ypur mind about what metric is important to you. It can't be max size for bch and average size for btc.
-
3.7mb on test net vs 8mb real life
-
Bot many 8 mb blocks on bcash's "real life" due to lack of usage though. https://fork.lol/blocks/size

you probably want to unpin this ahahha
-
Why? Most blocks are still above 1 mb and some peole keep talking about a now non existing 1 mb block size limit.
-
Yeah because your TYPE of
#SCALE#Bitcoin together with@pwuille@bitcoincoreorg and@Blockstream failed to actually SCALE. You know? Now billions $ are blocked. Hope you are happy for ruining Bitcoin and#Satoshi Vision with#Blockstream Corp. Vision :) -
Blockstream has done nothing but good things for bitcoin but it doesn't control bitcoin. It is users who rejected x2coin and are generally not interested in bcash. That makes sense since bcash has not better scalability than btc but worse.
-
I have heard your corporate talking point before. No need to repeat it

Seems like the usual fud against LN just from the title.
