I suffered ongoing abuse and discrimination since 2013, because I was a poor, dark-skinned and disabled. None of the academics spoke up for me. It took years of treatment to fix the damage done and honestly took away my childhood dreams from me.
There are SO MANY stories gone untold. So miss me with the universities + academic freedom talk because thats only afforded to certain groups of people.
