One aspect of all this I rarely see discussed, is he has to pull stunts like this because he can't talk intelligently about ANYTHING. Previous presidents discuss plans, policy and strategy. He can't because he doesn't understand anything. It's this or irrelevance.
Marianne Williamson says the same thing. She says Trump didn't win on any "plans"; he won & attracted racist votes by saying 'MAGA'. we won't defeat him with any "plans"; it's about the soul of this nation & saying NO to fascism and racism. The visceral is what moves voters.
