Why nothing on rents??? To me its logical that pressure be put on landlords to reduce rents ...or maybe grant rent holidays while businesses cannot trade

I’m an office based domestic tour operator. Because all grants are draped over 2018 expanded retail scheme I’ve been excluded from ALL biz grants & I’m paying full biz rates. Tour ops pay VAT under TOMS & so don’t benefit from the VAT cut. This is day 304 zero income zero support

None of the measures you talk about will save coach or tour operators . Everything has been tailored in conjunction with powerful big biz lobbies to favour hospitality multiples. Check it out - they are by the biggest beneficiaries of Covid supports.

and 6, find some really really deep pockets to pay for it all. Balance is key here
