meanwhile celibacy, even incel is blameless because it's perfectly okay to be that way, but that message will never come without strings from the public eye. I speak from experience as someone who had those feelings for years. Like, *years*.

The sooner society at large (making you, yes, YOU, not just the "toxic males" or "feminazis" you think are the real problem) takes steps to embrace, validate, and destigmatize these young men, the sooner we'll see these weekly tragedies slow down

Many of these guys have autism, or other mental illness that affects their social capacity. In that respect they may have no more agency over their sexuality than poc do over their skin. yet they're shamelessly made the butt of jokes on every sitcom, movie, and stand up routine

I'm no cultural authoritarian, and you won't hear me shrieking to cancel big bang theory because it offends aspies or whatever, but it's important to understand that there's some serious context to the put downs, even if you think it's no big deal
